Bill is a National Hall of Fame boxing referee with 41 years of experience refereeing over 1,200 fights.  World Championship fighters Bill has refereed include Mike Tyson, Roy Jones Jr, and Manny Pacquiao.

In recognition of a lifetime of volunteerism, community service, and philanthropic work, Bill will be receiving this prestigious award from AmeriCorps presented by the former wife of Mohammad Ali, Dr. Khalilah Camacho Ali. Dr Ali is an iconic figure who will be available for autographs, pictures, and book signings.
